As the name implies, an island atmosphere is part of the energy we share, enhanced through reggae, dub and some dancehall vibes we will unlock the elemental forces within, challenge our bodies and relax the soul.

For the first time the two afro jamaican Basu’s Tabitha ‘HetHeru’ Minott and Akosua Aset join together to share their tools of healing and sensual self discovery in a live Workshop with you.
