My name is @akosua_aset and since 2012 I am certified in Kemetic Yoga and an initiate of
Smai Tawi and it’s Hudu and Tjef Sema Paut Neteru systems.

These practices which are at least 7000 years old originated at the river Hapi (Nile) Valley and it’s postures (Sanuyaats) were found on the walls of the Medu Neter (Hieroglyphics).
In the last 50 years Smai Tawi has re-emerged amongst Africans and the african diaspora.

On some days
of my sessions I focus a lot on Hudu which is a rhythmic flow that connects the physical and spiritual body with the elemental forces to enhance focus, fluidity and our inherent powers for manifestation. The spiritual component is key to a wholesome practice.

On other days it’s more about the Smai Postures encouraging strength, flexibility and connecting with the breath.

Smai Tawi encourages our ability to self heal through because we heighten our awareness for self, our blockages and our needs to accomplish overall wellness. We are healing together…

Sessions are suitable for all levels and ages.

Hetep I am Tabitha,

My first experience with Yoga was in the early 2000s. Around 2012 I first heard about Kemetic Yoga/Smai Tawi and took my first class in 2013. From there my interest and practice grew. In October 2020 I got certified as a Smai Tawi teacher/Basu into the System "Thef Sema Paut Neteru" by Neter Aunkh. My classes are for beginners and advanced students. In my classes I love to focus on the breathwork and closing the sessions with Kemetic chants.

Sessions: Tuesdays’s evening & Sunday’s Noon

I am Nane Kahle, certified Smai Tawi Basu or instructor of "Thef Sema Paut Neteru System" by Neter Ankh in October 2020.

I had several Yoga experiences which always made me feel physically stretched but a dimension was missing.

At a dark point in my life, while searching for a connection with my ancestry a class of dear Sister @akosua_aset popped up, I went for it. After taking her class I felt deeply connected to the practice as if I always knew it and understood it as a key of liberation, wellbeing that needed to be shared.

This powerful ancient knowledge has different dimensions which all aim to bring balance in oneself on different levels.

Anyone can attend my sessions, no need for experience even if they are also made for experienced souls of any ages or genders. In my sessions we go inward, and reach a meditation state allowing us to align our body, mind and spirit through breathwork which is crucial in this System and for ourselves as it was known to be the - Source OF Life - in Ancient Egypt.

My Name is Janna and I am certified in Thef Sema Paut Neteru System since 2020. I was practising indian Yoga since 2008 but something was always missing. After I moved to Hamburg in 2017 I found the Kemetic Yoga Workshop lead by Akosua and I went there and the first time after Yoga practise I felt the way I was searching for to feel. It was the perfect balance between physical work and spiritual awakening. I felt like I found what I was always looking for, my personal truth which I want to share which those who are interested in, so decided to getcertified.
In my classes I focus a lot on the breath, I am having a dysfunction of the lunges and I experienced improvement due to the practise.
With breathing we can not only influence our physical but also out psycological condition and that's what I want to share.

I am teaching in german and english language.

Sessions: Friday’s

Hetep,

my name is Olusegun David Agbede (Shu Ankh Khnum).

I never identified with the indian system but was doing stretching and meditation.

In 2020 i got certified in the Tjef Sema Paut Neteru Smai Tawi as well as in the Afrikan Yoga System (PIMAY).

My motivation learning and teaching this ancient system was/is to make it available to people here and share the benefits of this powerful heritage.

It´s quite exciting how we can influence and raise our physical and mental wellbeing through practicing the postures and focusing on our breath.

Meanwhile i´ve done various classes my stuedents confirm the authenticity of this form.

My classes are suitable for all ages and genders, teaching languages are english and german.
