This workshop was planned to take place in Hamburg, Germany but due to the current situation we choose to offer a 2 hour session online.

We will place our focus on Hudu.

Hudu is an ancient African practice that enables us to dive into the elemental forces that are around and most of all within us. Rhythmic movements based on your flow of breath enhances our intuition and manifestation powers.

One could also call it a meditative dance with Neter (nature)....
